Liverpool victory over Everton 

 Liverpool won their match against Everton with a score of 1-0. The only goal of the game was scored by Diogo Jota in the second half.   

Here's a little more about how it happened:

  • The game was a bit tense, like many matches between these two teams!
  • Even though Everton played well and had some chances to score, Liverpool's defense held strong.
  • In the second half, Liverpool put more pressure on Everton.  
  • Diogo Jota scored the winning goal after receiving a pass. He managed to get past a couple of Everton defenders and then kicked the ball into the net.  
  • After scoring, Liverpool kept working hard to make sure Everton didn't score an equalizing goal.
  • In the end, Liverpool was able to hold onto their lead and win the match.  

This win was important for Liverpool as it helped them in their goal to win the Premier League!

Astonvilla Victory over Brighton

  Aston Villa had a great game and won against Brighton 3-0! Here's how they did it:     First Goal: In the second half, Marcus Rashford ran really fast with the ball after a good pass and scored the first goal for Aston Villa! It was his first goal for the team in the Premier League, which is super cool!   Second Goal: Later in the game, Marco Asensio, who came on as a substitute (that means he started on the bench and came onto the field later), scored another goal. He kicked the ball into the corner of the net after getting a pass from a teammate.   Third Goal: Right at the very end of the game, Donyell Malen, who also came on as a substitute, scored the final goal for Aston Villa.
